Refunds & Exchanges

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery online using our returns portal. If the time period exceeds 30 days please contact us via email.

Please note we do not cover the return shipping fees for unwanted items.

Please see the terms for unwanted items;

  • Have not been worn, washed, assembled, or fully unpackaged
  • Still have original tags/labels
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
If you still haven’t received your refund then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@dideechildrenswear.com. 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, for example a different size, send us an email hello@dideechildrenswear.com. Once we have confirmed the exchange is possible, please send your item to: 24 Bridgford Close, Hereford HR4 0QX United Kingdom. 

Return shipping costs will not be covered, but new items will be sent free of charge.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 24 Bridgford Close, Hereford HR4 0QX United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Exceptions may be made for faulty items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Â
